This will be a interesting year for the brokerage market. The inventory of well cared for quality brokerage boats is much smaller than a year ago. This should help stabilize values.

The Annapolis Boat Shows indicated some continued growth in the boat sales market.  Market is still very weak on the new boat side. The brokerage market is doing OK if you are willing to sell for 25% less than last years value.

The Ft Lauderdale Show seemed the same size as last year however the average length and value keeps ratcheting up. Did not seem that long ago you could find a nice selection of fresh vintage Burgers or Hatteras motor yachts.

Nice time to buy or  move up to the boat of your dreams.
